The I&D Director is responsible for overall management of the investment & development activities including working with the contractors; coordinating and leading suppliers; liaising with internal department, supervising members of the I&D team; and overseeing project implementation, financial and administrative oversight, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation of the project.
RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Project Management: - Devise store concept & format (standard layout, design & facade) - Check and validate layout, interior design and facade of new stores and remodeling projects - Check and validate BOQ, price estimate and draft program of work - Oversee construction tendering process and validate selection of contractors - Validate construction contracts and program of work - Validate final accounts and construction work reception
2. Expansion: - Responsible for market research and analysis to determine development ground - Develop, implement expansion strategy & make deployment plan based on expansion project - Define and adapt the central business model - Monitor the implementation of the expansion plan & make sales statistics of the existing shopping centers - Management of M&A projects
3. Property and asset management: - Supervising and approving the work related to maintenance and repair - Supervising the construction bidding process and evaluating the selection of repair and maintenance contractors - Ensure compliance with legal procedures.
4. Leasing management: - Optimizing the business of existing premises
5. Group communication: - Combine with other BUs in the Group to build projects Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
