Mô Tả Công Việc

Lead our after-sales service department. The After Sales Service Director will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by overseeing the timely and efficient resolution of product-related issues and providing exceptional post-purchase support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the after-sales service department to align with overall company objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation in after-sales service offerings.

Process Optimization:
• Establish and streamline after-sales service processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.

Product Support:
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs for after-sales service staff to ensure comprehensive product knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.



Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to after-sales service operations, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate departmental performance and initiatives.

Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the electrical retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of after-sales service processes and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Commitment to quality, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and knowledge of relevant industry software.
