The Market & Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for planning and ensuring the execution of all Trade Marketing activities of Non-Food. She/He plays a crucial role to provide Market insight to Category team to ensure right Category strategy and also a key contact to cordinate all stakeholders among teams.

TRADE MARKETING MANAGEMENT
- Lead the process to develop and optimize execution for annual Trade Plan
- Build a reporting system in collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure that data-driven decisions are made.
- Responsible for the project timeline & revenue penetration of all Marketing campaigns and strategic offers for customers
- Support Category team to ensure complaince of external & internal policies & regulation
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure effective communication and take proper actions for risk mitigation

MARKET RESEARCH:
- Plan & execute market reseach (new product trends, pricing, competitors...) of related categories to support Category strategy of Non-Food commercial team

OTHERS:
- Coordinate with System & Support Data team for Space Performance Management
- Build and optimize SOPs to ensure high efficent collaboration among stakeholders
- Build a team with teamwork spirit and CRV’s core values
- Other as assignments from Line Managers.
