Mô Tả Công Việc
1.Coordinate recurring monthly, quarterly and other periodic meetings and reports internally in Vietnam and to Head Quarter
Schedule the calendarization of required meetings and reports
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of the reports
Follow up on key actions required post meetings.
2.Coordinate other cross functional initiatives, such as:
Annual 5Y Strategy Planning Process
Annual Budgeting Process
Other adhoc company-wide events such as the implementation of VAT changes, and other policies changes to ensure compliance with local regulation.
3.Support in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives led by Group CEO
Tasks to be assigned as appropriate, including conducting research, coordinate with external key stakeholders, plan and follow up on required actions, etc...

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Functional knowledge & experience:
• Bachelor in Business, Finance or a related field
• Proven experience as a finance consulting or similar areas.
SKILLS:
• Logical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills, able to communicate with all levels.
• Proactive; detail oriented and results driven with a hands on/can-do mentality.
• Good organizational skills, capability to priorities the tasks and dynamic to shifting priorities when needed.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

Prefer candidate with consulting experience - Audit firms.
• Bachelor in Business, Finance or a related field
• Proven experience as a finance consulting or similar areas.
