Manage product quality in sourcing (both domestic and import), audit fresh food supliers, handle quality issue, product recall and withdrawal.

1. Manage QA activities in Head Office to ensure the process complying with regulation:
• Set up and monitor quality assurance system for private label products: audit suppliers; develop quality document (product profile), testing, labeling, built and implement the product quality control plan, check quality document from the suppliers.
• Manage quality document: Set up requirement of quality document, manage the collection quality document from suppliers. Maintain database of quality document to share with all stores.
• Quality standard/specification management and declaration for company’s products: Fresh Food, own import.
• Organize supplier audit for Fresh Food: Develop audit checklists and evaluation. Develop plan and monitor the audits
2. Training quality basic knowledge for quality team or other divisions
3. Handle quality issue, product recall and withdrawal.
