Test cases generation, review and update
Test cases generation based on the component and system design requirement documents for functional, performance and integration validation.
Review of test cases and updating of test cases based on the component, network and diagnostic requirement.
Create test cases/test standard database.
Automation test script generation for HiL and vehicle level validation
Cmponent/system/vehicle level testing & validation
Configuration and test setup of the HiL/LabCar/vehicle of High voltage system (e-power train function/performance, thermal and energy management, range and efficiency, charging) and chassis function/vehicle dynamic.
Test plan preparation testing based on the test specifications.
Automation and simulation for HIL/lab car testing
Test cases execution, data analysis and report generation
Failure test cases RCA and issue trackin /management
Leadership responsibility
Building the roadmap for the team and grow up the team in both resource and capability
Task management and capacity management of team members.
Create and implement competence and career development plan for each team members.
Implement ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Safety, 5S and CIP process.
Manage and delivery the customer/internal projectBachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics / Automotive Electronics or equivalent.
Minimum 6+ year of experience with minimum of 3+ years in automotive software testing.
Minimum 2 years experience in leadership role.
Experience in working for OEM is a plus.
Deep knowledge IVN (In-Vehicle Networking) including CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet. FlexRay), and Diagnostics
Experience in automotive component development/testing
Good at using software testing tools, electrical tools, and instruments.
Good experience with some common automotive industry tools from Vector (Canoe, CANoe DiVa,...)/NI Veristand/dSPACE/AVL.
Have experience in C/C++/CapL/Python
Solid know-how of EE Network Architecture
Experience in High voltage, charging system is plus.
ISO 26262 overview will be an added advantage
Solid software testing knowledge, good test plan development, execution, tracking, and summarizing capabilities.
Good analytical & problem solving skills for giving solution on the E/E issues/failures
Tool experience as Jira/Code beamer/IBM Door/IBM ELM
Good communication skills and team cooperation ability to work closely with both internal and external customers as well as the internal design team at the same time.
Good documentation skills.
Good English skills: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
