Job Descriptions:

Vehicle Build & Sign-off

• Build order follow up by communication with MFG and Product planning
• Vehicle Build progress follow up and release Night letter
• Retrofit/Rework parts follow up (Restraint, Int/Ext/CHS parts, DCR follow up, …)
• Vehicle Functional Commissioning (PWT, Chassis, …)
• Vehicle Sign-off follow up – Module sign-off / T&V / CE

Vehicle Logistics Follow Up

• Shipping documentation preparation
• TP80, RES, PR triggering
• Communicate with Log team & follow up Delivery status

Vehicle Fleet Management

• Vehicle usages, Registration, Vehicle share tracking
• Vehicle status & lifecycle tracking
• Vehicle scrapping – Oversea on-site scrapping & GA Handover in HP plant

Spare Part Management:

• Parts requirement receiving
• Parts procurement process follow up (RES, PR, PO)
• Parts Logistics – Shipping documentation, RES, PR, Logistics tracking

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Automotive, Electronic engineering or equivalent
• Having experience in automotive or Electrical/Electronics industry (Open to fresh graduates with a passion for the automotive industry.)
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic systems.
• Good English skills: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Having a valid car driving license.
• Responsiveness, agility, discipline, and willingness to take over responsibility
