­­Position: E-Scooter Attribute Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Define vehicle attribute targets for E-Scooter projects including structural, energy management, and ride and handling performance.
• Conduct benchmarking studies on competitor scooters to establish competitive performance targets.
• Analyze test and simulation data to align attribute targets with vehicle performance objectives.
• Coordinate with simulation, testing, and design teams to finalize Vehicle Target Setting (VTS)
• Participate in benchmarking, testing, and PALS/FL activities to collect attribute data
• Track attribute performance throughout development and propose target adjustments when required.
• Prepare technical reports and present attribute status to project stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Structural, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle attribute engineering or vehicle testing.
• Strong knowledge of ride and handling, structural performance, or energy management.
• Experience working with benchmark data and test-based target definition.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple technical topics.
• Good English communication skills.
