• Manage and supervise the cutting, sewing, upholstery, packing, and cushion departments to ensure efficient and timely production, implementing any changes necessary to achieve the required standard.
• Train and mentor production staff, group leaders, and team leaders to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Coordinate with the Product Development team to understand design specifications and quality standards for new products.
• Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the production process.
• Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor and control operating costs within managed departments.
• Ensure that all machinery and department facilities are kept in excellent condition.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
