Respond to and manage customer inquiries through online channels (Email, website, social media). Evaluate individual issues and take appropriate actions to meet customer needs. Coordinate with relevant departments to update information and devise suitable solutions for handling order requests within the internal system. Contribute to the development and management of the customer service plan. Prepare regular reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Perform tasks related to customer service, including data collection, surveys, consulting, and identifying opportunities to upsell products. Carry out other related tasks as assigned by management.Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, completing tasks on time. Proficient in both Vietnamese and English across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Flexible in handling situations.
