MAIN DUTIES
- Update the balance of the company's bank accounts every day.
- Perform transactions arising at the bank such as making payment orders, withdrawing checks, and depositing money into accounts.
Monitor debts and supplier payments:
- Monitor customer payment status, compare with original documents, and prepare accounts receivable.
- Monitor the company's outstanding debts with partners and report to leaders on debts that need to be paid on time.
- Summary of VAT invoices:
- Check the validity and accuracy of documents.
- Archive by project.
Prepare reports:
- Prepare monthly income and expenditure reports for superiors.
- Prepare reports on receivables and payables to have a payment plan.
- Prepare receipts and expenditures and match revenues and expenditures according to original documents.
- Check the amount of money received or spent to perform the task of importing and exporting the cash fund.
- Other tasks as requested by BOD
MUST - HAVE
- Certificate of training in chief accountant’s techniques
- + 3 years of working experience in accounting
- Good knowledge of accounting, tax and labor regulations and laws
- Familiar with accounting systems such as MISA
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Meticulous in work and capable of resolving issues accurately and efficiently.
- Effective communication with colleagues and external partners.
- Profound understanding of accounting and tax processes, with the ability to handle financial and internal reports accurately and comprehensively.
- Year-end financial statements.
- Quarterly and annual tax reports.

- Support team members and active in work
- Event Environment is a plus
