A. Guest Service, Food & Beverage Preparation
• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and address them by name when possible.• Prepare and serve food & drinks promptly, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Monitor the bar area to ensure timely service for all guests and servers.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when needed.
B. Beverage Preparation & Quality Control
- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature cocktails, and craft cocktails according to standard recipes.
- Create and propose innovative cocktail recipes aligned with the bar’s concept and guest preferences.
- Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, portion control, and service speed.
- Maintain high standards of beverage quality, hygiene, and food safety at all times.
C. Product Knowledge
- Possess strong knowledge of spirits (Whisky, Gin, Rum, Vodka, Tequila, Brandy), liqueurs, bitters, syrups, and garnishes.
- Provide professional beverage recommendations based on guest preferences and food pairing when applicable.
- Stay updated on cocktail trends, modern mixology techniques, and industry best practices (e.g., shaking, stirring, muddling, layering, infusions)
D. Operations & Compliance
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized bar (counters, glassware, equipment).
• Restock service wells and bar supplies according to specifications.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment safely and report malfunctions.
E. Administrative & Team Support
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Assist with bar setup/breakdown, inventory receiving, and stocking.
• Collaborate with the Senior Bartender/Supervisor on staffing or operational needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

A. Experience & Skills
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Bartender, with strong cocktail expertise.
Solid mixology skills and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity in cocktail development is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of hygiene, food safety, and bar operating standards.
B. Knowledge & Attitude
Passionate about mixology and the F&B/hospitality industry.
Professional appearance and strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
C. Language Skills
• Language: intermediate in English (verbal and written). Proficiency in Chinese or Korean is a significant advantage.
