* Position Summary
- The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, training, compensation & benefits, labor relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce, fostering employee engagement, and supporting the company’s strategic growth in the plastics packaging industry.
* Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Support management in workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
2. Recruitment & Staffing
• Lead recruitment efforts for both factory and office positions.
• Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Maintain positive labor-management relations; act as a mediator in conflict resolution.
• Implement employee engagement programs to reduce turnover and enhance motivation.
• Ensure effective internal communication between management and staff.
4. Training & Development
• Assess training needs and design programs for both technical (factory workforce) and soft skills (managers, staff).
• Promote a learning culture to improve productivity and compliance.
5. Performance Management
• Manage performance appraisal processes and KPIs.
• Support managers in coaching and developing their teams.
6. Compensation & Benefits
• Oversee payroll accuracy and timely salary processing.
• Ensure fair and competitive compensation structure.
• Manage employee benefits, welfare programs, and compliance with company policies.
7. Compliance & HR Administration
• Ensure compliance with labor law, health & safety regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records (contracts, personnel files, HRIS).
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
