- Welcomes guests and greets them cheerfully
- Receives phone calls and transfers to appropriate employees for them to handle the situation and makes sure that it is delivered to the right person.
- Keeps telephone lists updated on a monthly basis and distributes to the employees.
- Provides administrative works such as transportation arrangement for managers/ visitors, hotel accommodations to give our employees an efficient support.
- Coordinate with the drivers on car schedules and ensure its proper implementation.
- Supports in booking the meeting room for employees and coordinate for cleaning after use

- Working time: Monday- Saturday: 08:00-17:00
- Working location: Lô C7-C9, Cat Lai Industrial zone, Thanh My Loi, ThuDuc Dist
Yêu cầu công việc
- Female. From 22-24 years old.
- Graduated College above
- At least 06months experience in the same position.
- Good at English,Microsoft offices
- Customer-oriented mindset,flexible working but discipline, careful & helpful
