- Perform daily sales activities such as room shows, telesales, and sales calls.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and establish new relationships, especially with Korean accounts.
- Focus on managing key accounts and addressing special requests for VIP guests.
- Collaborate closely with all relevant departments to enhance hotel services, meet guest requirements, and promptly resolve any client-related issues that may arise.
- Maximize hotel occupancy and average rates through innovative and targeted sales strategies.
- Document all requests, comments, and complaints from residents (bookers) regarding room conditions, facilities, and benefits. Subsequently, communicate these issues to the appropriate departments, including front desk, reservations, housekeeping, or engineering, to ensure swift resolution. Ensure residents' satisfaction with our services.
- Provide support for all matters related to Korean-speaking clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to effectively complete assigned tasks.
- Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
