Project & Product Management:

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Act as the product owner, defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital insurance solutions
• Manage project timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful execution of digital insurance products

Operation:

• Drive the operationalization of digital insurance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with distribution platforms, payment systems, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and market demands

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including insurers, technology partners, and distribution platform providers) to define requirements, timelines, and expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the development and launch of digital insurance products, ensuring transparency and effective communication across all stakeholders
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for digital distribution, reinsurance, and other critical product components

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure all product offerings adhere to relevant regulations, compliance standards, and company policies
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with product development and distribution

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in program or project management in insurance industry, with at least 3 years of experience in the InsurTech space, particularly with digital distribution models
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of digital insurance technologies, platforms, and distribution models (e.g., online marketplaces, mobile apps, API integrations)
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Product Ownership: Extensive experience in managing product roadmaps, defining product features, and balancing business needs with user experience
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the adaptability to navigate complex and changing environments
