Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive Higher Education sales revenue in Vietnam. This role involves establishing strategic partnerships with institutions, determining sales priorities and strategies, and developing business plans for implementing these strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and building strategic relationships with key University stakeholders to ensure awareness of the company's products and services, thereby growing institutional sales. This role also requires establishing and maintaining strong relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and relevant stakeholders.

What you'll do:
As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on driving Higher Education sales revenue in Vietnam. You will establish strategic partnerships with institutions and develop business plans based on determined sales priorities & strategies. Your role will involve identifying key University stakeholders across various departments like Teaching & Learning, IT (technical), Procurement, Educational Designers, Finance, and Library. You will build strategic relationships with them to ensure awareness of the company's products and services. Additionally, you will manage distributor performance while adhering to company standards and compliance regulations.
* Driving Higher Education sales revenue in Vietnam by establishing strategic partnerships with institutions.
* Determining sales priorities & strategies and developing a business plan for implementing these strategies.
* Identifying and building strategic relationships with key University stakeholders such as Teaching & Learning, IT (technical), Procurement, Educational Designers, Finance, and Library.
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and relevant stakeholders.
* Managing and driving distributor performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring distributors adhere to company standards and compliance with regulations.
* Working with instructors to match the company's products to their program to drive adoption sales.
* Developing new accounts and new revenue streams through active prospecting, either through a cold call or social media outreach.
* Meeting or exceeding KPIs and financial measurements set by the company.

Your ability to identify and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial in this role. You have strong networking skills, which you've used to establish relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, etc. Your experience in managing distributor performance while ensuring adherence to company standards will be highly valued. You're adept at working closely with instructors to match products to their program for driving adoption sales. Lastly, your proven track record of developing new accounts and new revenue streams through active prospecting is a must.
