Gamota is seeking a Global Game Business Development Manager to drive our international expansion and establish strong partnerships in key gaming markets. We aim to collaborate with top-tier game publishers, developers, and studios to bring high-quality gaming experiences to a global audience. This role is crucial in identifying and fostering business opportunities, negotiating strategic agreements, and supporting Gamota’s mission to become a leading force in the global gaming industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Utilize your network to identify and connect with game publishers, developers, and studios in target markets (China, South Korea, Germany, Finland).
• Develop and execute business strategies to foster partnerships and expand market share.
• Negotiate, structure, and manage contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to inform strategic decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong network within the gaming industry, including relationships with game publishers, studios, and distribution platforms.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development and partnership management within the game industry.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and deal-closing skills.
• Deep understanding of game business models, monetization strategies, and market trends.
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset and focus on achieving revenue targets.
• Fluent in English and at least one of the target market languages (Chinese, Korean, German, or Finnish).
• Passion for the gaming industry with a strong strategic and business mindset.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and product development, to ensure smooth execution of business partnerships.
