Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HCM Sales Executive at CMC TS. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned KPIs, including revenue and profit targets by market and solution areas.
- Manage accounts in designated markets, including one of the following segments: Banking–Finance–Securities–Insurance (BFSI), Enterprise (ENT), or Small and Medium Enterprises (SME).
- Identify and develop new clients in assigned market segments.
- Provide consultancy and guidance on IT products and services tailored to each market domain. These include:
- CMC’s proprietary solutions
- Specialized IT hardware products
- Technology solutions such as digital transformation, cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital banking, and more.
- Directly consult clients, supported by Presales teams and technology experts.
- Prepare quotations, business proposals, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Participate in bidding activities, if required.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal departments to ensure contract fulfillment and manage project costs according to business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while developing new connections.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct managers or leadership.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Commerce, Economics, IT, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the IT industry.
- Prior experience working with or connections to sectors like Banking–Finance–Securities–Insurance, or Enterprise (large, medium, or small businesses) is preferred.
- Passionate about IT sales and technology solutions for Government, Banking, and Corporate clients.
- Ability to consult on IT solutions, with preference for candidates experienced in selling digital transformation, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or specialized IT hardware (SI industry).
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
- Capability to develop plans, strategies, and tactics for projects.
- Project management skills and knowledge of bidding regulations and procedures.
Compensation:
- Monthly salary up to $1,500 (negotiable based on qualifications and role).
- Annual KPI bonuses ranging from 5–12 months' salary.
