Working location

We have 2 offices in Vietnam. You can choose whether you would like to work in Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang.
In HCM, our office is located in the Sonatus Building, 15 Le Thanh Ton, D.1
In Danang, our brand-new office is at cirCO Danang City Centre - Bay Capital building
At the moment, we are only open for hybrid work mode (2 days in the office + 3 days WFH).

What You Will Do

Although each day is usually different and presents its own challenges, there are common themes that you will face every day:

Discovering new projects, understanding the pain points and users’ expectations, and defining how to approach the problems or innovations through user experience.
Designing, wireframing, and prototyping.
Supporting Engineering with design implementation.
Interacting with Product Managers and iterating on designs.
Interacting with external stakeholders, listening to and understanding their feedback while defending your design decisions.
Reporting and providing insights to the Chief Product Officer.
Identifying and leading new design initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer science, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in both UI and UX design with exceptional UI skills, ready to take on a senior role with an opportunity to grow into a Lead Designer.
A strong proven portfolio showcasing your previous design projects, demonstrating a passion for delivering high-quality design and continuous improvement, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and practices.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a professional/business level (or equivalent to at least IELTS 6.5)
Master the tools of your craft, such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Adobe CC, etc.
Proven hands-on experience in mid-to-large scale UX/UI projects and all phases of the design process including user research, user flow, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing - to ensure fluid and holistic customer journeys.
Expert knowledge of user experience, design patterns, and platform-specific design (e.g., iOS vs. Android).
Bonus point if you are experienced in E-commerce, Fintech, Hospitality & Travel, or F&B industry.

Thạc sĩ Tú Phạm - Người sáng lập nên Nền tảng luyện thi đầu tiên tại Prep.vn. Từng có nhiều năm trong đào tạo, luyện thi trực tiếp tại trung tâm. Là diễn giả của nhiều chương trình, hội thảo về ngôn ngữ... được rất nhiều phụ huynh và đặc biệt học sinh, sinh viên đam mê Tiếng Anh tin tưởng.

Trong quá trình đào tạo, thầy nhận ra rằng có rất nhiều phụ huynh học sinh vất vả trong việc tìm địa chỉ học vừa "Chất Lượng" lại Vừa "Thuận Tiện" đặc biệt các gia đình xa trung tâm các thành phố lớn. Có nhiều phụ huynh di chuyển 30-40km mỗi buổi để đưa con đi học Offline với thầy, nhiều trường hợp vì các bạn ở quá xa dù rất tin tưởng và mong muốn học những cũng chỉ có thể chia sẻ với bạn mà không thể đồng hành cùng.

Chính sự tin tưởng ở phụ huynh, học sinh đã thôi thúc Thầy thực hiện ý tưởng ấp ủ từ lâu là "Mang lớp học chất lượng cao tới mọi người ở mọi miền". Một nền tảng giáo dục số giúp mọi người dù ở bất cứ đâu cũng được tiếp nhận chương trình học chất lượng nhất, hiệu quả nhất. Rất vui vì phụ huynh, học sinh ở xa sau khi tiếp nhận giải pháp này đã có những phản hồi tích cực và kết quả rất tốt sau lộ trình học.
