• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, copying).
• Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts).
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Support Sales & Marketing Manager in creating campaigns, marketing materials (e.g., brochures, promotional materials).
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process.
• Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Co-ordinate all familiarizations and site inspections as required
• Take part in high quality customer journey of the hotel.
• Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
• Take dictation of correspondence as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1 - 2 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Good writing skills in English & Vietnamese
