The Role
This position will assist in manning the front office of Mapletree’s headquarters’ with another Receptionist.

This position will assist in manning the front office of Mapletree’s headquarters’ with another Receptionist.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests at the reception in a professional, approachable, and friendly manner.
- Check guests in/out, take payments, issue bills.
- Deal with guest's requirement.
- Managing the front desk reception duties such as handling incoming phone calls, emails and registering visitors, etc.,
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and rules of the company.
- Assist in employee programs as well as participate in projects aimed at improving the operation of the front desk reception.
- Other ad-hoc day-to-day reception duties.
- Minimum qualification in college or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in receptionist duties or customer service.
- Experience in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficient in basic switchboard operation (transferring calls, voice mail, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work a rotating shift (AM, PM and night shift)
