The role is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to the Human Resources (HR) function. Your primary focus will be on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving HR processes and initiatives.

HR Data And Reporting

Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant systems.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data and insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop customized reports and analytics to meet their needs.
Provide training and guidance to HR team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR data analysis.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to data analytics, including HR system implementations, process improvements, and automation.
Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor HR data to identify data anomalies, outliers, and data quality issues, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Support HR data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes.
Maintain data privacy and confidentiality standards in handling sensitive HR data.
Provide HR data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive HR initiatives.
Stay updated with HR trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to enhance HR data analysis capabilities.

Core HR System Management

Maintain systems to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency and working with Regional HR System team to resolve any software issues.
Ensure there is updated manual / guideline to use.
Responsible for user’s support, and user self-service behaviors change.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly auditing and maintaining data governance.

Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

Năm 1995, Tổng công ty Elmich, được thành lập tại Ostrava Cộng hòa Séc với lĩnh vực chính là sản xuất và kinh doanh các mặt hàng gia dụng. Trải qua hành trình 25 năm hình thành và phát triển, ngày nay, Elmich đã trở thành Tập đoàn sản xuất và kinh doanh đồ gia dụng tầm cỡ ở Châu Âu. Các thương hiệu gia dụng của Tập đoàn đã xuất hiện tại nhiều hệ thống bán hàng và phân phối lớn tại nhiều quốc gia, như: Ba Lan, Slovakia, Đức, Áo, Hungari… và nhận được sự đón nhận của người dân trên toàn thế giới.

Châu Âu, thị trường được đánh giá là “khó tính” với những đòi hỏi khắt khe vào bậc nhất thế giới về các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và an toàn với sức khỏe, đã trở thành lãnh địa mang đậm dấu ấn của thương hiệu Elmich với hàng triệu khách hàng trung thành. Các sản phẩm của Elmich hiện diện tại hầu hết những hệ thống bán hàng và phân phối lớn tại Cộng hòa Séc và Slovakia như Hệ thống Coop, Glbus, Hruska Market, hệ thống Prio Market và nhiều hệ thống khác. Với độ phủ rộng, chất lượng sản phẩm được khẳng định theo thời gian, những thương hiệu thành viên thuộc sở hữu của Elmich như: Elmich, Smartcook, Teamstar, Unihouse, Penup, Everland đã khuấy đảo thị trường gia dụng Châu Âu.

Là một trong số những thương hiệu được chính phủ Cộng hòa Séc tài trợ đăng ký toàn cầu, ngày nay, Elmich còn vươn tầm ảnh hưởng ra ngoài phạm vi châu lục và có mặt tại nhiều quốc gia khác trên thế giới như: Hoa Kỳ, Mexico, Hong Kong, Myanmar... và Việt Nam.

Năm 2011, Elmich chính thức bước chân vào thị trường Việt Nam, với showroom đầu tiên được khai trương tại Hà Nội. Đến nay, sau 9 năm có mặt tại Việt Nam, Elmich đã có hệ thống gần 10 showroom và hiện diện tại hầu khắp các siêu thị lớn trên toàn quốc, và ngày càng khẳng định được vị thế trên thị trường đồ gia dụng bằng chất lượng sản phẩm và chất lượng dịch vụ đối với người tiêu dùng.
