KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and design engaging, effective, and learner-centric training programs;
Create interactive and multimedia-rich learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations and other innovative formats;
Develop and maintain a variety of learning materials such as participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids and assessments;
Apply Adult learning principles, Universal design for learning and Instructional design methodologies to create meaningful learning experiences that align with company goals;
Incorporate feedback and evaluations to continuously improve the quality and impact of learning solutions;
Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangement and participant communication;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, attendance sheets, and performance evaluations;

Bachelor graduate with 1+ years of experience in human resources is a plus, especially in talent development;
Passionate about human development performance and productivity;
Excellent in writing and verbal communication skills;
Attentive to detail and committed to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner;
Active. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptive to changing priorities;
Proficient in reading and translating English - Vietnamese (IELTS Overall 6.5+ is a plus);
Proficient in multimedia editing tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut) is a plus.Laptop
