Our employees collaborate with teams in India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. The role

Japanese Business Support - Call Center Staff Who Will Provide Business Operation Support Service To Japanese Clients. The Position Involves Daily Communication With Japanese Client To Handle Various Kinds Of Service Requests As Follows

• Handle queries, questions from customer.
• Check the operation/process in system.
• Give answer and resolution for customer's questions/difficulties.
• Collaborate with multiple team (Japanese team, India team) to analyze and resolve the problem.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma.
• Japanese level: N1/N2 or equivalent (especially speaking and writing skills).
• Have experience working with Japanese customer and Japanese system.
• Good understanding of Japanese's working culture, Japanese's business manner.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a cross-functional, or multi-national team environment, work directly to client for analyses and collect requirements.
• Good at logical thinking and analysis.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language).
• High responsibility and teamwork spirit.
• Proficiency in English is a plus
