About The Programs

Schneider Internship Program offers a 6-month professional trial aiming at attracting, growing and developing the most competent university students across the country into the Company and groom them to become future leader pipelines of Schneider Electric.

• JOB DESCRIPTION Enhance Schneider Electric's brand visibility through targeted, effective communications.
• Entails the continuous integration, implementation, and enrichment of global marketing processes across all Schneider businesses and local markets.
• Oversees the development, implementation, measurement, and improvement of targeted country campaigns to drive Schneider Electric's commercial success.
  
  

APPLICATION PROCESS

Round 1 - Resumé Application

Round 2 - Video Interview – Hirevue

If you’re competent, you will be contacted via email to answer some short questions via video on our Video Interview platform.

Round 3 - HR Interview

You will have an opportunity to discuss further with HR team about your competency, business relevance and other benefits to work at Schneider Electric.

Round 4 - Panel Interview

Your career interests and potential will be confirmed in the discussion with Hiring Managers and/or Heads of Department.

Qualifications

• Senior student or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Business Administration or Marketing is an advantage)
• Minimum 1-2 year experience in Marketing and/or Communications
• Experience in working in local communications group, including agency is a plus
• Public relations, e-commerce and trade marketing experiences are advantages.
• Understanding of multi –culture markets with various business models
• Customer insights/Lead management/ KPIs oriented.
• Interested in technical products and solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Willing to work in a multifunction team and able to work with other global teams
• Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement
• Design skill is a plus
