Job Description:
1. Learning and Development:
- Gain hands-on experience with foundational AI technologies, with a specific focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Language Model (LM) basics.
- Participate in team-based learning sessions to grasp the principles of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) LLMs and basic quantization methodologies.
- Receive mentorship and training on the latest AI technologies, emphasizing practical application.
2. Model Development:
- Assist in designing and developing AI models under supervision, concentrating on NLP applications.
- Contribute to the development and fine-tuning of language models, leveraging guidance from senior engineers.
- Learn and apply basic model parallelism and data parallelism techniques under the guidance of experienced team members.
3. Optimization:
- Support the team in implementing quantization techniques to optimize AI models for deployment.
- Participate in the creation of workflows and tools for model fine-tuning, emphasizing learning and skill development.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team to contribute to AI projects.
- Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, preferably from a top university.
- Basic understanding of NLP and AI concepts.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of AI and NLP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Effective communication skills.
