ABOUT POSITION
To support and maintain the fast-yet-sustainable growth of Katalon, the TA Team is responsible for recruiting and retaining global talents with the growth mindset, proper competencies, and right personalities.
As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will handle a full-lifecycle recruitment process, ensure a positive experience for candidates, and represent Katalon's professionalism and culture in every single hiring step.
In collaboration with other teams in the HR department, the Talent Acquisition Team will assist Katalians in articulating their career goals, choose their path, and help them thrive at Katalon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full-cycle recruitment process by utilizing cutting-edge technologies & online channels
- Proactively gain talent and market insights and provide analysis to business stakeholders in their hiring decision-making
- Closely collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams across locations to win as a high-performing talent acquisition team
- Consult and coordinate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs
- Propose effective recruiting solutions/plan/strategy/estimation based on data-driven/well-proven track record
- Design recruitment materials (workflow, JD, interview questions, assignment,...) that reflect each position's requirements
- Take initiative in refining and streamlining our hiring practices and tools (ATS - Workable, Jira Service Management, Reference Check,...)
- Track work progress via relevant reports and dashboards: weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.
- Collaborate with Communications Team to organize recruitment events (job fair, open day, seminar...) & promote the company's employer branding
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Contribute to the team build-up by leading & coaching junior members, etc.
- Proven work experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in global startup and tech environments
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting in tech and non-tech roles within organizations
- Hands-on experience in using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proven expertise in sourcing candidates through social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Stack Overflow), with strong proficiency in Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools to identify top talent
- Tech-savvy, familiar in working with tools & systems (Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, Sourcing Platform, Job Boards, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills in both verbal & written
- Proactive, open-minded, autonomous, highly responsible, and very well-organized
- Data-driven & systemic mindset.
