Job Responsibilities
Dealers’ Sales out support:
- Display corners: Work with Dealers/Sales to review performance/ image of stores and based on budget to support and promote display/corner/Company image/ branding at stores.
- POSM in stores: Work with related Departments to coordinate and support POSM for New items, seasonal items, how to display and sell at store.
- Work closely with Design Team to make POSM and check content POSM before getting approval from Senior Management.
- Work with Vendors to print POSM, produce gift, produce physical Display/Wall.
- Control and ensure that POSMs will be delivered to all stores on time.
- Sales out and competitors: Survey market, sample display checking & competitors (Weekly/ Monthly) reports.
- Training: Work and coordinate with Training team to create the content of training for products to delivery training in small – medium size for Dealers or in stores.
Direct Store (Brand shop) Monitoring:
- Work/ manage Direct retail store (Brand shop): Create and propose many creative and effective storewide campaigns. Build Monthly promotion theme/scheme, offline activities to push Sales & traffic at stores.
- Based on the Monthly sales out and scheme, design the POSM, banner, Hanging, to make sure the Store image up to date.
- Work closely with Store Manager to make sure the image of Stores professionally and branding acknowledgement.
Others:
- Events supporting.
- Certificate review and issuing to Dealers.
- PIS products monitoring constantly and timely.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirement
- Having at least 1-2 years in Trade Marketing
- Hard working, dynamic and driven, team player with disciplined working habits.
- Attention to details and able to work under pressure
- “Can do” attitude and discipline in meeting deadlines
- Have knowledge in Retail Industry is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
