Hiring: General Accountant

Location: 1st Thai Ha street, Dong Da, Ha Noi

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a General Accountant to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about numbers, detail-oriented, and have a strong background in accounting, this opportunity is for you!

• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT) in accordance with VAS and local tax laws.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and GL accuracy checks.
• Track and record intercompany charges (expenses, cost allocations) between company and other entities.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data within ERP system and assist with resolving discrepancies.
• Work closely with external auditors, accounting outsource teams, and tax consultants to address any reporting or compliance issues.
• Assist in aligning financial reporting with IFRS standards while ensuring compliance with VAS.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3 – 5 years of accounting experience in similar role
• Audit background highly preferred
• Retail, F&B, ERP-enabled companies experience preferred
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Solid understanding of VAS and basic knowledge of IFRS
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
