- As Manager Sales, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding the existing business, support, maintenance, and further development of both dealers and (small and industrial) producers of interior and exterior doors (wood, glass, aluminum, steel, pvc ) in your respective country.
- Architects/Interior Designers are also an important target group for you with a view to project business.
- You conduct market analyses and research to gain insights into market needs and trends
- Based on those market and competition analyses, develop business plan and the local sales strategy, supported by the marketing team, to increase market share
- Provide technical product support and training to further expand the range with existing customers
- Supervise major projects and actively participate in international tender dossiers.
- Report directly to the Area Sales Manager South East Asia in Germany or Italy.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and an affinity for technology.
- Enjoy selling a German high-end brand.
- Experience in sales and project business, preferably in a related context, ideally towards medium and large industrial door manufacturers.
- Fluency in English in written and spoken.
- Travelling around the country and actively visiting customers.
- Capable of working independently and goal-oriented.
- Responsible and being result-oriented are second nature to you.
- Good in making contacts with others and enjoy building relationships.
