Job Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City and support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate and support talent acquisition programs and activities
- Own a couple of requisitions and actively source, qualify candidates, update the progress with related stakeholders
- Support and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture
- People Operations:
- Assist HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and HR databases
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Prepare and submit necessary reports related to recruitment metrics and activities
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the tech industry
- Proven sourcing and interviewing skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who has strong ownership mindset and a self-starter
- Some experience with ATS and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English
- Growth mindset and be responsible
- Knowledge of modern Talent acquisition practices and trends in the tech industry
- 1st round: Recruiter screen (45-60 min)
- 2rd round: Onsite interview (60 min)
- Work Hours
- Our standard work hours are 9:00 - 18:30, Monday to Friday, in-office, to closely follow and support our leadership
- We do not micromanage or count your hours; we expect you to take ownership of your work, proactively communicate, and be reachable during work hours
