We are currently seeking a Senior PQA Lead (Process Quality Assurance) to join our onsite team in Ha Noi. This full-time position requires working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. In this role, you will be instrumental in forming the PQA team within our Delivery department and executing the framework for Delivery Excellence. • Lead the formation and development of the PQA team within the Delivery department.
• Define and implement quality assurance processes and best practices for software delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality assurance initiatives and recommend improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process quality assurance, with a focus on software development.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proven experience in leading QA teams and implementing quality assurance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
