Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality React Native applications that meet or exceed client requirements and expectations. 
• Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code that aligns with existing codebases, architectural standards, and development patterns.
• Apply best practices in software development, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
• Actively engage in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, UI testing, and other quality assurance practices.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and manageable systems in production environments.
• Participate in and contribute to team knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote and advocate for high standards in software engineering and development practices.
• Continuously update your technical skills and stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building cross-platform applications using React Native.
• Proven experience deploying mobile applications to Apple App Store and Google Play Store or cross platform such as Windows, Ubuntu.
• Strong background in developing rich web or mobile applications with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong in UX development.

Technical Skills:

• Solid experience in unit testing, UI testing, and maintaining code quality for mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with greenfield projects as well as enhancing existing applications.
• Proficiency with development tools and workflows such as Gulp, Webpack, and Git.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, functional programming concepts, and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge:

• Good grasp of modern development frameworks, architectural patterns, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with production management of deployed applications.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
