Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of backend solutions, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. 
• Oversee the technical aspects of upcoming projects, providing guidance during the presale and closing phases. 
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to define and implement APIs and services that meet project requirements. 
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in the backend services and optimize performance. 
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the team adopts best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Java and NodeJS. 
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects. 
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. 
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. 
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD processes. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Strong English communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
