• Develop and Design: Build custom applications, workflows, and solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Integration: Connect PowerApps with various data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, Azure, and third-party APIs.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Automation: Implement process automation solutions using Power Automate (Flow) to streamline business operations.
• Customization: Customize apps with PowerApps formulas, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Portals.
• Testing and Deployment: Perform thorough testing, debugging, and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including workflows, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support for deployed applications and solutions.
• Best Practices: Stay updated with Power Platform features and ensure adherence to development best practices and governance.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Knowledge of Azure services and API integration is a plus.

Development Skills:

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience in developing PowerApps solutions (e.g., Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps).
• Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a plus

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-400).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Power Platform (e.g., ALM for PowerApps).
• Experience with security and governance configurations in Power Platform.
