Responsibilities

• Lead the development of an Agentic AI Platform, managing direction, context, and skill (policies, data access, and tool capabilities).
• Build a unified integration layer that supports multiple AI providers and provides monitoring and cost visibility (usage, request volume, latency, provider spend, and per-feature cost).
• Develop user interface components for other systems and applications, including backend APIs for services and web SDKs for UI integration.
• Integrate the AI platform with existing systems for both admin users (list lead, execute direction, and approval action) and customer users (AI chat and AI suggestions).
• Contribute significantly to building and growing the AI Engineer team in Da Nang.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, NodeJS, and Golang.
• Strong understanding of API and SDK development.
• Experience with integrating multiple AI providers (e.g., Gemini and GPT).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Strong leadership capabilities to guide and mentor junior team members.
