What will you do

As a Senior/Mid-Level International Sales Executive, your main scope will be as follows:

• Creating leads and opportunities by leveraging current connections, prospecting, and participating in events
• Identifying and addressing the business requirements of customers, recommending suitable services/products
• Overseeing and nurturing customer relationships
• Communicating technical and business information to customers in a clear and comprehensible manner
• Proactively following up with customers to address and resolve any issues
• Keeping customers abreast of new products/services
• Compiling proposals and generating reports using CRM and other tools
• Consistently meeting sales targets
• Providing management with regular updates on achieved sales
• Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and contact details
  
  

Requirements

• At least +2 years of experience in Sales and IT industry
• Fluent in both spoken and written English (comfortable in communication with overseas customers)
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
• A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field
