Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for marketing and branding activities, including social media posts, presentations, landing pages, event materials, and internal communications.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, workshops, events, podcasts, and internal channels.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual and multimedia content.
• Support employer branding, marketing campaigns, and content initiatives that are published and used in real projects.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design and video outputs.
• Assist with other creative and multimedia tasks as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate majoring in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Design Systems, or Multimedia Design.
• Familiar with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Basic video editing skills; experience with short-form video content is a plus.
• Good visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a proactive working attitude.
• Ability to work in a hybrid working model and collaborate effectively with team members.
