Position Overview

This specific position will work mainly under TECOTEC Technology. We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Specialist to execute B2B marketing initiatives that strengthen our market presence, generate leads, and enhance our brand across Asia and Southeast Asia in particular. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and is passionate about translating complex innovations into compelling marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated B2B marketing campaigns (email, digital, events, etc.) tailored to high-tech industries
• Lead branding initiatives to position TECOTEC as a trusted technology leader in Vietnam and the region.
• Create and localize content including brochures, technical case studies, social media posts, and website updates
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and technical webinars
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to support lead nurturing and performance tracking
• Monitor and report on campaign KPIs and suggest optimizations for better ROI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, engineering, or industrial sectors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn), CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), and analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
• A good eye for visual branding, design consistency, and brand storytelling
• Interest or experience in technical topics like simulation, measurement, or smart technologies is a plus
