Job Description:
Manage current and potential delivery customer database including Grabfood, SPF, Be and Go Jek, analyze customer's needs and behaviors to improve conversion on each platform
Developing channel strategies, planning, execution and investment of sales campaigns to ensure sales achievement monthly
Coordinating the internal departments to implement the monthly promotion tasks and sales campaign
Market research & review and evaluate trade campaign, competitor's actions, and industry data reports (both internal & external) to propose actions plan to capture business opportunity
Monitor/ Coach/ Train for team members to align the Trade team towards the business objectivesAt least 5 years in Trade Marketing, especially for online delivery with proven record
At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
