• Co-ordinate with DOSM/SM to implement pricing structure and ecommerce sales strategies.
• Be fully in charge of implementing, updating the pricing/promotion on the systems at any time changes.
• Set up and update the hotel information requirement with TA
• Conduct extensive online research to understand the market trend, competitors.
• Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Forecast and be initiative proposing online pricing adjustment to adapt with the market trend and harmonize with other market segments to drive the business.
• Work with TA/ Cooperate agency for contract and promotion.
• Develop customer accounts and TA/ Cooperate agency within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.
• Prepare hotel business contracts in accordance with sales & pricing strategies.
• Contribute the ideas to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
• Support Sales Manager in hotel site inspection if require.
• Attend Sales events, as required.
• Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
• Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.

• University Degree/ Upgrade or Master in Marketing will be an advantage
• At least 1 years in the company in similar position in large hotels
• Fluent English, a second language will be an advantage
