About The Opportunity

The Billing & Collections Senior Associate of the Global Billing & Accounts Team will be responsible for performing the day-to-day responsibilities of the billing & collections processes for Vietnam, with the overarching objective of ensuring our members’ invoices are financially accurate and paid in a timely manner.

This role will report directly to the Pacific Senior Lead for Billing & Accounts. In this role, you will:

Respond to all Member Support Requests within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA), while providing financially accurate information and the highest quality member experience.
Provide guidance and support to the offshore team with outreaches to members with an outstanding balance to reduce the Accounts Receivables (AR) and meet the monthly collections goal.
Provide a high-quality experience to both our members and our internal and external teams
Constantly look at areas for process improvement; Aptitude to challenge current processes, and communicate proposed solutions to the territory lead.
Review and reconcile member accounts to ensure good financial standing and to ensure correct payment processing
Cooperate with other stakeholders and local banks (if needed) to resolve issues relating to payments, invoices, cash reconciliation, member’s queries, refunds;
Be the regional point of contact for any inquiries from members or other WeWork teams
Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment, and must have willingness to pitch-in when asked to support other areas.
Update various trackers provided by leadership in a timely fashion while adhering to adhoc project deadlines
Liaison and support to the tax team regarding e-invoice registration and issuance
Provide support to the bank in queries related to refunds
Participate in ad-hoc projects as they arise.
Assist with monthly VAT compliance with the tax team and auditors.

Responsible For Managing The Following Transactions

Customer’s records - Legal info in e-invoice and delivery information
Agreed services and payment terms
Naming of transactions
Tax management on every transaction
Monthly transaction report in English and Vietnam
E-invoice registration and management
Issuing and sending invoices

About You

1-3 years of relevant work experience
Degree/Professional qualification in Business Management/Accounting/Finance related field is a plus
Good understanding of Vietnam regulations on tax
Fluency in English
Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage critical situations
Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals; ability to display initiatives and work independently to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities, with limited supervision
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Drive Systems
Attention to detail and high adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving and time management skills

Được thành lập từ năm 1990, trải qua hơn 20 năm phát triển với quy mô gần 1.000 cán bộ công nhân viên và đội ngũ kỹ sư lành nghề, công ty đã đưa ra thị trường các sản phẩm chất lượng cao : Mì ăn liền Cung Đình Khoai Tây, Mummum, DimDim, Micoem, nước mắm Ông Tây, Kem tươi NZ (New Zealand) với những hương vị thơm ngon và nguyên liệu được nhập khẩu 100% từ New Zealand.

Công ty cổ phần thực phẩm Á Châu là nhà sản xuất hàng đầu các sản phẩm ăn liền tại Việt Nam, cung cấp hàng tỉ bữa ăn ngon, chất lượng và tiện lợi cho người tiêu dùng trong và ngoài nước mỗi năm. Lịch sử thành lập

Năm 1990, Nhà máy Mì ăn liền ViFood thành lập tại Quận Gò Vấp, TP Hồ Chí Minh.
Năm 1995, Công ty TNHH Công Nghiệp Thực Phẩm Á Châu ra đời với nhà máy đặt tại ấp Đồng An, xã Bình Hòa, huyện Thuận An, tỉnh Bình Dương.
Năm 1997, Chính thức xuất khẩu sang thị trường nước ngoài như: Nga, Ukraine, Đức, New Zealand.
Năm 1999, Trở thành nhà cung cấp mì ăn liền lớn nhất tại thị trường Campuchia (chiếm hơn 50% thị phần).
Năm 2003, Khởi công xây dựng nhà máy An Phú công suất 1.248.000.000 gói/năm với dây chuyền hiện đại và tiên tiến tại xã An Phú, huyện Thuận An, tỉnh Bình Dương.
Năm 2006, Bắt đầu xuất khẩu sang Czech, Slovak, Hungary, Samoa, Ba Lan.
Năm 2011, Mở rộng kinh doanh ra miền Bắc và khởi công xây dựng nhà máy Bắc Ninh tại xã Hoàn Sơn, huyện Tiên Du, tỉnh Bắc Ninh.
Năm 2012, Xây dựng nhà máy Đà Nẵng tại cụm công nghiệp Thanh Vinh, KCN Hòa Khánh, Quận Liên Chiểu, TP Đà Nẵng.
Năm 2014, Khởi công xây dựng nhà máy Nam Tân Uyên, Tỉnh Bình Dương với tổng diện tích hơn 100,000 m2.
Năm 2017, Nhà máy Nam Tân Uyên đi vào hoạt động đạt tiêu chuẩn HACCP.
