Evaluate market conditions regularly to identify emerging trends, to provide learning to suggest new potential digital marketing tactics to improve Growth Marketing activities.
Create overall growth marketing plan for FnB category, focusing on volume, user growth & user retention. Develop marketing plan for key merchants post-onboarding, emphasizing a 360-degree launching campaign with promotion, and branding & communications activities.
Own the relationship with Account Manager & coordinate with key stakeholders within marketing (branding, social, design…) as well as Operation, Finance, Data team to ensure execution and secure the support needed.
Coordinate efforts across internal & external teams to finalize POSM, media communication/branding plans for traffic and user awareness.
Manage budget of promo cost and media mix that best suit business objectives.
Perform data monitoring and analysis daily / weekly and provide recommendations based on consumer insights
And other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Bachelor's Degree and above, from 2-4 years of experience in Fintech, Ecommerce or FnB companies.
Demonstrated strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of effectively conveying ideas/messages to individuals at various levels and backgrounds.
Proficient in data analytical skills and converting into business insights and actions.
Data-driven and motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and responsibility for business objectives.
Enable to work under pressure.
Adaptable, open-minded, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
