Mô tả Công việc

  • Be jointly responsible for protecting and developing ZaloPay’s brand equity. Support Brand Manager in being a brand custodian, assisting in the planning, execution and evaluation of various branding & marketing activities
  • Assist in several and lead a few of the strategy development, execution and measurement & evaluation (M&E) of variant-specific branding & marketing activities from ATL to BTL, which is assigned by Brand Manager
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaign - identify potential segments , deep dive into triggers & barriers to develop campaign idea , lead the development of Go-To-Market to post-mortem analysis & learnings.
  • Work closely with media team to develop consolidated media plan and marketing assets utilization to drive monthly active users and optimize the budget on bi-weekly basis to ensure the target is met.
  • Lead special projects including thematic branding campaign, rolling out/ experimenting with new products , drive user awareness & adoption rate of new features , and other special projects based on business needs.
  • Lead the marketing & campaign process optimisations to streamline the workflow and improve efficiency with cross-function including creative, campaign operations between stakeholders
  • Participate in consumer and market research activities, providing preliminary recommendations on consumer insights, brand health analysis, market review, etc. Conduct regular market visits to be constantly aware of ongoing and new activities in the market. Monitor competitive activities.
  • Responsible for effective utilisation of the marketing budget through highly creative consumer-centric programs that deliver robust measurement and efficiency (M&E) performance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor degree with Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing , Brand Management , Strategic Planning, Creative Planning, Agency or related fields
  • Familiar with the entire marketing mix – you have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications for brand activation
  • Results-oriented and data-driven: Able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan. Proven track record of utilizing data in forming innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalized into impactful marketing campaign execution
  • Resourceful and creative: Knack for identifying great marketing creative. You work well with creative people, knowing how they need to be briefed and managed in order to deliver the most impactful creative work
  • Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges: Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
  • Strong project management skills – has demonstrated an ability to land breakthrough initiatives from conceptualization to launch
