Act as a Growth and Partnership owner of strategic partners.
Overview key growth metrics of the business and overall market including industry trends & competitor landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Drive deep-dive analysis to unravel the "why" behind the performance and proactively propose action plans via tactical Marketing campaigns or Product initiatives to improve results if needed.
Liaise with FP&A team on KPIs and budget planning. Own monthly/ quarterly performance reports to senior leaders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Business, Product, Finance) and external Merchants to develop and execute growth initiatives. Staying on top of the communication streams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth hacking, product-led growth, and digital marketing.

Bachelor’s degree with business-related majors (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing).
Experienced in tech startup with preferred sectors of FinTech, E-commerce, Ride-hailing, etc... or management consulting.
An ownership mindset who is willing to go extra mile to get things done.
Excellent analytical skills, comfortable in dealing with complex numbers and capable of conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills, with a proven record of being able to articulate ideas/ messages well to people at different levels and backgrounds.
Sharp business acumen with critical thinking, being able to collect facts and figures to support business arguments.
Flexible, open-minded with good interpersonal skills.
