The Opportunity

Our partner, a leader in sustainable packaging solutions with a global presence, is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Technology & Integration Specialist to join their growing team. With over 20 years in the industry, they operate across a diverse range of sectors, including food and beverage, personal care, healthcare, and industrial markets. In this position, you will play a key role in the development and management of the organization's software applications. You will focus on the strategic development, integration, and optimization of technology to achieve operational excellence while contributing to the company's core values of making a positive environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of enterprise software applications.
• Provide day-to-day (BAU) support and resolve complex system issues across multiple platforms.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through regular maintenance and updates.
• Drive the development of new applications and solutions that support business needs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for application systems and business intelligence (BI) data models.
• Act as a technical lead across various projects, ensuring seamless application integration and value delivery.
  
  
  

Skills, Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in application development, system integration, and data warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of middleware technologies, enterprise software, and database systems.
• Proficient in SQL, and experienced in managing large data models.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and Power BI.
• Skilled in Java, C#, HTML, or other programming languages and familiar with DevOps tools and frameworks.
• Solid experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different regions.
