Retail Merchandising Manager
Job Overview:
Receive order information, analyze, and fulfill orders according to superior's instructions.
Process and allocate orders accurately according to the requirements of each brand to ensure sales targets and KPIs are met.
Prepare reports and perform detailed product and inventory analysis as required by management.
Develop sales and merchandising strategies to optimize product distribution in the market.
Collect and analyze feedback from related departments regarding products; interpret data related to sales performance and revenue.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product distribution aligns with market demand.
Possess strong presentation, training, and attention-to-detail skills.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, including experience in managing and coordinating work within the role.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Proficiency in Excel is a strong advantage. Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, and other related software.
Honest, truthful, and able to handle high-pressure work environments.
Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, a team player, and a continuous learner.
Demonstrates patience and strong abilities in time management, organization, and effective task coordination.
