* Job Description:
- Ensure projects operate in accordance with set standards, daily operation as well as periodic maintenance of the system.
- Ensure that the information about the customer's request is resolved on time and within a specific time.
- Plan to check and evaluate the system status and make recommendations and solutions for implementation.
- Report and promptly handle important issues affecting the technical system.
- Prepare annual budget for operation and maintenance of technical systems of each project, and monthly budget.
- Manage records, inspect fire protection.
- Periodically work with the authorities; the fire prevention and fighting police, environmental agencies, etc.
- Find and evaluate suppliers for procurement and maintenance services and recommend to the higher manager.
- Check and approve drawings, construction registration of contractors working in the building.
- Perform other tasks assigned by higher managers.
