Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be the bridge between businesses in need of exceptional talent and job seekers seeking their next career opportunity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
- Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
- Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
- Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.

- Previous experience in recruitment or a sales capacity is highly regarded.
- Being inquisitive is essential as is business level communication, strong interpersonal, decision-making and organisation skills.
