Reporting
You reportdirectly to theHead of Sales & Marketing and CEO.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You are responsible for tasks in the following areas:
- Conduct market research to define market penetration strategies; actively seek new leads/opportunities in targeted markets.
- Prospect and generate new pipelines.
- Interact closely with clients to understand their requirements.
- Be able to deliver the first presentation and presales on the company's capabilities.
- Cooperate with the delivery team to prepare a comprehensive proposal for customers.
- Oversee contract negotiations, ensure deals are properly closed, and contracts/POs are signed off to avoid unnecessary risks.
- Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Follow up with customers from the approach stage to the post-sale follow-up stage, acting as the primary contact point for problem-solving during project execution.
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in B2B sales.
- Have knowledge of computer systems, IT, IT Services is a plus
- Strong passion for business development
- Excellent in English
- Excellent negotiation skills
